WebexWebex is a remote support system provided a Secure Server hosted by Cisco. Both clients connect to the secure server from in the secure environments, thus there no open ports from the outside world. The sessions are also encrypted with the endpoints certificates. SecureData Security will initiate the session only when remote access is required and the session will be recorded for future use.
